This promotion (the "Campaign") is an official Galaxy® consumer activation organized and administered by Mars, Incorporated and/or its affiliates, subsidiaries, and authorized agency partners (collectively, the "Promoter"). Participation in the Campaign constitutes the participant's full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions and all decisions of the Promoter.

Galaxy®, the Galaxy logo, and all related trademarks, trade names, logos, and intellectual property rights are owned by Mars, Incorporated and/or its affiliates and are used with all necessary authorization.

The Campaign is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or otherwise associated with Noon, Talabat, Meta, X, TikTok, Google, or any other third-party platform, organization, or rights holder on which the Campaign may be advertised, promoted, or referenced, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by the Promoter. Such third parties shall bear no responsibility or liability in connection with the operation of the Campaign.

The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to verify participant eligibility, audit entries, disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, misconduct, technical manipulation, or breach of these Terms and Conditions, and to amend, suspend, terminate, or cancel the Campaign where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control or to protect the integrity of the Campaign.

All determinations made by the Promoter regarding eligibility, participation, scoring, winner selection, prize allocation, interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, and any other aspect of the Campaign shall be final, binding, and conclusive. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no correspondence, challenge, appeal, or dispute regarding such decisions will be entertained.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, disappointment, technical failure, system malfunction, unauthorized intervention, or other circumstance affecting participation in or the administration of the Campaign.
